CYBER STYLE HUB produces items on a print-to-order basis. For this reason, refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review product details and size guides carefully before placing an order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (for example, the wrong design, size, or colour), please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Once the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
